Ruffled skirt with matching lace along hem. Ribbon, lace and buttons on cuffs. Has pockets! Pulls on easily over on head, buttons up at back of collar. Beautiful and classic Gunne Sax calico print. Feels like cotton-synthetic blend. Hand wash cold delicately or dry clean. Made in California.
